Postage & Packing
Minimum postage ?2.50
UK - 10%
EC - 20%
Rest Of World - 25%
For larger orders we will use a courier service and you will only be charged what they charge us! We will refund the difference via Paypal. For very large orders, not only is this way more secure, it will save you quite a bit of money!
Please note that the definition of 'large' and 'very large' orders depends entirely upon what you actually order, its weight and the postal charges compared to the courier charge to your location for the size and weight of parcel. In other words, we treat each order individually to ensure you get the best postage solution.

Please allow 28 days for delivery, especially overseas, although if you are worried, please email us or call after 14 days.

While we do our best to keep third party products in stock, we are at the mercy of our suppliers (having said that, they are usually pretty good!)

If you are paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to "Gripping Beast." Please note, because of ridiculous banking charges, we can only accept payment in GBP (sterling). Thank you.

Postal Address
Please note that we will send parcels to the order you specify in our ordering system and NOT the one on your paypal account (unless, of course, they are the same!)
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE & UP-TO-DATE.
We can not resend a missing/lost order to a different address to the one on the original order without charging you for the postage.

Pre-ordering
When we place new items up for pre-order we endevour to ship them prior to the actual release date but they may actually be shipped on the release date itself.
Please note that unless you ask otherwise, items ordered on the same order number as Pre-order items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-ordered items.
